Jamell LeeHeung II was first reported missing to US Navy Police at the Indian Head Base where he lives on Saturday, Nov. 25, and Charles County Sheriff's Office detectives assumed the search days later as concerns mount for the 25-year-old father.

Questions are still being raised after investigators from the Naval Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS) contacted the sheriff's office for assistance in checking Mattawoman Creek near Slavin's Dock in Indian Head, where there was a tip his vehicle could be in the area.

A Charles County Dive Team responded and LeeHeung's vehicle was found submerged in the water, not far from the base, but he was no where to be found.

LeeHeung was described as being 6-foot-2 weighing about 160 pounds. Anyone with information about his whereabouts or disappearance has been asked to contact Det. Bringley at the sheriff's office by calling (301) 609-6499.
